March Ministerial Alliance Gathering

One of the joys of Christianity is worshipping together. In the Ministerial Alliance, we try to make a habit of worshipping together everytime there is a fifth Sunday in the month. This month, though, the fifth Sunday is Palm Sunday, and we acknowledge that each of our congregations might have special things going on, OR they might be recovering from a lot of work to put on a special event. SO: This month, the Ministerial Alliance is moving its Gathering worship service tothe fourth Sunday.

The March Ministerial Alliance Gather will be held on Sunday, March 22nd at 6:00pm at the Pauls Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church. Come worship with sisters and brothers, and linger in Christian fellowship afterwards.

3 Churches Ash Wednesday and Holy Week service

Each year, the First Christian Church, the First Presbyterian Church, and the First United Methodist Church join together to put on community worship services for Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. This year, the services will follow this schedule:

• Ash WednesdayWednesday, February 18th, at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)
• Maundy ThursdayThursday, April 2, at the First United Methodist Church
• Good FridayFriday, April 3, at the First Presbyterian Church

All services will be at 6:00pm
